Common faults of cleaning machine

During the use of the cleaning machine, malfunctions are inevitable. When problems arise, the cause should be carefully investigated based on different fault phenomena.

The spray gun does not spray water

1. The inlet and inlet filter are blocked.

2. The nozzle is blocked.

3. If the heating spiral tube is blocked, remove the scale if necessary.

Unstable outlet pressure

1. Insufficient water supply.

2. Air intake into the pipeline is caused by reasons such as pipeline rupture or the cleaning agent nozzle not being inserted into the cleaning agent.

3. The nozzle is worn.

4. The high-pressure water pump seal is leaking water.

Burner does not ignite and burns

1. Insufficient air intake, emitting white smoke.

2. The fuel filter, fuel pump, and fuel nozzle are dirty and blocked.

4. The solenoid valve is damaged.

5. The position of the ignition electrode changes, and the spark is too weak.

6. The high-voltage ignition coil is damaged.

7. Damage to pressure switch.

If the high temperature and high pressure cleaning machine encounters the above problems, users can find the cause themselves and troubleshoot. But if the cleaning machine has serious faults such as pump body leakage or crankcase leakage, it should be sent to a professional maintenance department with complete accessories and strong technical strength for repair to avoid unnecessary economic losses.
